RIPeices Ron Sweed, (b 1/23/1949 d 4/1/2019), aka The Ghoul, who was on Kaiser TV stations in the 1970s.  He was one overday zany guy as a horrible horror movie host.  His show started in Cleveland and at first was syndicated to Detroit.  His Channel 50 show became the most popular of the Kaiser markets and soon moved him and the show to Detroit for a long run.  By the late 70s SNL took away a lot of his audience.  Here he is in a pitched (& forked) battle with another Detroit TV movie...

Cleveland/Detroit horror host The Ghoul hosting Mark of the Vampire starring Bela Lugosi. Of special interest, the show was taped at the Hudson Haunted House, a seasonal haunted attraction in Northeast Ohio. As best as I can deduce, this show originally aired on Cleveland's WCLQ Channel 61 on October 31st, 1983. Sadly no commercials.

The Ghoul (Ron Sweed) heir to Ghoulardi's (Ernie Anderson) fright wig and Goatee carried on the outrageous Shock Theater Tradition in Cleveland from 1971-1975 on WKBF Channel 61, in the 80's in WCLQ Ch 61, then again in the 1990's on WBNX Channel 55. Also in Detroit on WKBD Ch 50. As well as in syndication in Boston and San Francisco.  Shows are posted for research, educational and historic reference purposes.

This one had been so censored that it was not recognizable from the original. I found this one in a dumpster with several other censored cartoons. It seems to be completely intact. I remember seeing this one on Mr. Cartoon Enjoy.

This is a banned World War 2 cartoon. It isn't the greatest of quality in regards to the animation. It was almost lost in the video vaults. It is a real gem. These cartoons are a part of our culture and everyone's culture like it or not.

This Tex Avery classic was shown often on Mr. Cartoon, but the last time I seen it it was slcied and diced. Scenes edited out and the whole cartoon was a mess.

Clutch Cargo, who debuted on March 9, 1959, and is remembered for exploring depth of meaning in the phrase "limited animation". Even in an era of low production values, he stood out from the crowd. The animation, if you're generous enough to call it that, was so limited, that for many, the amazing spectacle of it seems to have blotted out every other aspect of the show. Quite a few young viewers watched it less for whatever thrills it may have offered, than so they could get together...
